Job summary

Pangea is seeking a Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure to drive delivery across North America. You will own projects from planning through completion, working closely with engineering, procurement and construction partners to ensure safe, efficient and commercially sound outcomes.

With significant growth, you will have visibility with senior leadership and opportunities to scale your responsibilities as the organisation expands its project delivery capability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management within energy, infrastructure or EPC.
• Strong construction and contract management experience.
• Background in EPC, construction, infrastructure, engineering or energy sectors.
• Proven experience managing contractors/subcontractors on complex projects.
• Strong commercial, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through planning, execution, construction and close-out.
• Own project budgets, schedules, scope, contracts and change management.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure delivery against quality and safety goals.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and project partners and report progress to leadership.
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes as the business scales.
