Job summary

Gotion Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Program Manager, Construction & Energy Infrastructure to lead planning and execution of energy infrastructure projects, including Pioneer Power Station BESS and hub deployments.

You will serve as the Owner's on-site representative and coordinate with EPC contractors and internal teams to meet milestones. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM/construction experience, strong scheduling tool proficiency, and the ability to work at strategic and hands-on levels

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• At least 2 years in construction management or as an owner's representative on complex projects.
• Familiarity with EPC contracts, order management, and contractor oversight.
• Strong organizational and multi-stream management under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning across energy infrastructure projects from development to COD.
• Maintain integrated master schedules, track milestones, and flag risks to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners, including EPC contractors and utilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget, escalating issues as needed.
• Support executive updates and project status reports for leadership.
