Job description

Wage Range: $35-$42/hour (Non-Exempt) + Eligibility to Participate in Company Bonus Program

This role will lead a facilities Supervisor and a team of approximately 3 to 5 facilities team members while overseeing preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor performance + overall facility standards across the Seattle market.

The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for building a proactive, disciplined facilities program focused on equipment reliability, asset lifecycle planning + repair cost control. This includes forecasting equipment replacement needs, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, prioritizing work orders, ensuring service tickets are completed + closed out on time and reducing unnecessary equipment downtime across the restaurants.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with HVAC, heating + cooling systems, electrical, commercial refrigeration + general restaurant equipment and maintenance. This leader must be able to accurately diagnose equipment issues, determine when repairs can be completed internally versus requiring a licensed or specialized vendor + ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.

About Us

Kizuki International LLC is one company united by a single purpose — to spread joy through authentic culinary experiences. Our family of Asian culinary brands include:

  • Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya– delivering the most authentic Japanese ramen experience outside Japan through scratch-made broths, Japanese-designed interiors, and craftsmanship.
  • Supreme Dumplings –offering handcrafted Xiao Long Bao and other small bites made with precision, tradition, and heartfelt execution.
  • Tang Bar / Swish Swish –a modern fast-casual concept bringing bold Sichuan malatang flavors to a customizable, energetic format.

Though each concept is unique, all share the same values: craftsmanship, connection, hospitality, and a relentless pursuit of culinary excellence. We proudly operate 20+ restaurants and 4+ central kitchens/commissary facilities across multiple states — and we’re growing.

Hands On Technical Assessment

As part of the selection process, final candidates may be required to complete a job-related practical skills assessment to demonstrate their ability to diagnose, troubleshoot + appropriately respond to common restaurant equipment and facilities issues. Any assessment involving productive work performed for the company will be compensated in accordance with applicable Washington wage + hour requirements.

Success in this role means fewer emergency repairs, longer equipment life, controlled R&M costs, strong preventative maintenance compliance, consistent completion of scheduled work + timely closure of facilities tickets across the market.
