Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved or accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or healthcare related field preferred.
• Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing and support staff to ensure patient care meets hospital standards.
• Ensures 24-hour continuity of care across shifts.
• Manages staffing patterns and schedules; approves PTO and leaves.

Education
