Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates nursing and support staff for the Labor & Deliver, Postpartum, Nursery and Pediatric Units.
• Ensures 24-hour continuity of care across shifts.
• Staffing optimization: schedules, PTO, sick time and leave requests.
• Develops, reviews, and implements policies and procedures aligned with unit goals.
• Conducts rounds and staff meetings to ensure quality patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
