Greater New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead clinical programming at its Lawrence Township, NJ location. This full-time, on-site role offers a daytime schedule and the opportunity to guide treatment quality and staff collaboration within a trauma-informed environment.

The selected candidate will oversee PHP, IOP, and outpatient services, ensure evidence-based practices, and advance client outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey clinical licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1–2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatments.
• Ability to coordinate programming and lead a team onsite.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical programming.
• Coordinate evidence-based treatment approaches across PHP, IOP, and outpatient care.
• Promote trauma-informed practices and client-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Monitor operations to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Foster a professional, ethical treatment environment for staff and clients.
