We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team during a 6-month assignment. This role offers the potential for continued career growth within Complete Care upon completion of the interim period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Supervise and support the nursing team, fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care and positive outcomes.
• Oversee staff education, training, and development to enhance clinical performance.
• Manage nursing schedules, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and staff engagement.
