business as the primary focus. The position requires senior finance leadership experience, GAAP knowledge, and success in multi-entity environments, plus strong communication across domestic and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP implementation experience.
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multinational organizations.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in agribusiness, food production, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.

Salary: USD65 - USD85 per hour

Interim Director of FP&A

We're partnering with a growing global organization to identify an experienced interim finance professional to serve as the key finance partner during a major ERP implementation and organizational growth phase. Based in the South Metro area, this role offers a unique blend of strategic finance leadership, business partnering, and transformation work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the senior finance leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with both domestic and international leadership teams.
• Act as the primary finance lead and internal subject matter expert for a major ERP implementation.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Manage and enhance KPI reporting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes.
• Lead and support the accounting team.
• Partner with leadership to improve business processes, strengthen controls, and support key strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing financial insights and helping drive business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP implementation experience.

• Compensation: $65/hr-$85/hr DOE
• Hybrid: 2 days in, 3 days out
