Ledgent-Finance is partnering with a growing global organization to place an Interim Director of FP&A in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on strategic finance leadership during an ERP implementation and a phase of organizational growth, with the U.S.

business as the primary focus. The position requires senior finance leadership experience, GAAP knowledge, and success in multi-entity environments, plus strong communication across domestic and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP implementation experience.
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multinational organizations.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in agribusiness, food production, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance leader for the U.S. business and partner with domestic and international teams.
• Lead as the finance lead for a major ERP implementation.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, and change management.
• Oversee KPI reporting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Lead and support the accounting team.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and controls.
• Provide financial insights to drive business decisions.
