Job summary

The Overlake School seeks an experienced, collaborative Interim Director of Experiential Education to provide leadership for the program during the 2026–27 school year. You will oversee retreats, field experiences, service learning, and Project Week, ensuring learning is integrated with the school curriculum.

You will work closely with the Assistant Head of School, guide staff, manage partnerships, and sustain program quality while aligning with the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading or coordinating experiential education.
• Ability to partner with faculty and translate goals into student learning.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of experiential education programs and events.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and logistics for programs.
• Support faculty to translate experiences into meaningful student learning.
• Build cross-department collaboration to strengthen program delivery.
