Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Interim Leader at St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX. The role oversees patient care as patients transition through care settings and collaborates with medical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), have at least 5 years in related healthcare management, and licensure in the placement state (compact licensure preferred). This is a full-time/part-time leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Licensure in the state of placement will be required; compact licensure preferred, with ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care as patients move through areas of responsibility into home or other levels of care.
• Provide leadership and support to nurse managers using creative leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other health care professionals to improve outcomes.
