Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a superior clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, accountability, and care costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, develop policies and procedures accordingly.
• Direct nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring staff have appropriate clinical competencies.
• Provide leadership to achieve a strategic roadmap for patient experience and outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and supply management within Emergency Services.
