Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to nurse managers using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care.
• The Director works with medical staff and other health care professionals collaboratively.
• Leads care transition strategies and coordinates care across settings, including home and community-based care.
