Qualifications

• Advanced degree in clinical or counseling psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) required.
• Independent clinical licensure in PA or eligible for licensure within a year.
• Minimum 10 years of administrative and clinical mental health experience, with at least 8 years in senior supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CaPS within CMU.
• Oversee operational workflows, policies, and clinical protocols.
• Supervise key functional leaders and staff; manage outreach and crisis response.
• Collaborate with campus partners on mental health initiatives and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and accreditation expectations.
