Job summary

Finatal is seeking an Interim Chief Operating Officer to lead operations and supply chain across an international manufacturing platform. The role is based in the United States with international travel and reports to the CEO, focusing on driving performance, planning, and delivering a unified operating model.

The successful candidate will bring extensive COO-level experience in multi-site manufacturing, with backgrounds in CDMO, medical device, or life sciences environments.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience in CDMO or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in turnarounds and performance improvement programs.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced interim leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing and supply chain activities across the organisation.
• Improve service, quality, productivity, inventory performance and profitability.
• Implement a consistent operating model, governance structure and KPI framework.
• Own integrated planning, capacity management and operational performance reviews.
• Drive operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.
• Support acquisition integration and scalability across the manufacturing network.
• Develop and coach site leadership teams while driving accountability and execution.
