Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GL, journal entries, and reconciliations experience.
• Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
• Identify and resolve historical accounting discrepancies and unreconciled balances.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Prepare and validate financial data for ERP migration.
• Serve as the accounting lead during ERP implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support external audits.
