Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior accounting leadership experience, e.g., Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, GL accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience developing and mentoring accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff and establish accountability.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Partner with leadership and operations to improve financial performance.
