Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction accounting and financial reporting.
• WIP and job costing experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Sage Construction Software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting functions and financial processes.
• Assist with WIP accounting and job costing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile financial data.
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the CFO on accounting projects and requests.
• Communicate financial information clearly to management.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
