Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles including WIP and contract compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Prepare and manage progress billings, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Review and process subcontractor invoices and project-related expenses.
• Support payroll processes related to job costing.
• Analyze project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
