Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership seeks an experienced Interim Compensation Analyst to support the Reward team during a planned parental leave. The contract role focuses on compensation operations, analytics and ensuring continuity across reward programmes across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will join mid-September for handover before the incumbent begins leave in October, working independently to deliver insights and effective support to stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-6 years of experience in compensation, rewards or related analytical HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compensation analytics and modelling to support business and reward decisions.
• Build and maintain compensation models for budgeting, workforce planning and compensation reviews.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of compensation and reward proposals.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support the administration of compensation cycles, including planning, validation and reporting activities.
• Maintain compensation data accuracy and ensure adherence to established processes.
• Produce regular reporting and insights for People and business stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day support across the compensation function.
