Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to provide outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use disorders and to support implementation of best-practice frameworks across a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The role emphasizes motivational interviewing and collaboration with licensed providers to keep client-centered care at the forefront while expanding access and consistency of treatment modalities across the program.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) licensure.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Clear demonstrated experience with clinical teams and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and families in individual or group settings.
• Conduct lectures and community outreach; identify concerns and refer to specialists as needed.
• Document assessments, care provided, treatment plans, and data in patient records.
• Support clinical program staff with educational resources and guidance.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach for Addiction Recovery programs.
