Job summary

Carle Health Clinical Team Lead provides outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use disorders and supports implementation of treatment frameworks among the Clinical team to ensure client-centered care and fidelity to motivational interviewing principles.

The role requires leadership to integrate best practices, educate staff, and coordinate with licensed providers to maximize consistent treatment approaches across the department.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure.
• Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) or equivalent licensure.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience with substance abuse treatment modalities.
• Ability to facilitate evidence-based therapies and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients and families.
• Conduct lectures and participate in community outreach; refer to specialists when needed.
• Document assessments, care plans, and data in patient records.
• Support clinical program staff with education.
• Participate in marketing Addiction Recovery to hospital and community.
• Provide leadership to support multidisciplinary service delivery.
• Mentor and train Clinical team members; model best practices.
