Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to provide outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use disorders and to support the implementation of best-practice treatment frameworks across the clinical team.

They will facilitate motivational interviewing and other evidence-based modalities while coordinating with licensed providers to keep the client at the center of care and ensure alignment with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure as required by IDFPR.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with substance use treatment and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and families in individual or group settings.
• Deliver lectures and participate in community outreach; refer to specialists when needed.
• Document assessments, care plans, and data in patient records.
