Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to provide outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and to support implementation of treatment frameworks among the Clinical team. The role emphasizes motivational interviewing and collaboration with licensed providers to ensure client-centered care.

The position involves leading a multidisciplinary team, conducting patient counseling, and participating in outreach and education efforts to promote best practices within Addiction

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible; IDFPR credential.
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with evidence-based substance use treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and families.
• Conduct lectures and community outreach; identify concerns and refer to specialists when needed.
• Document assessments, care provided, and treatment plans in patient records.
• Educate clinical program staff and participate in marketing activities for Addiction Recovery.
• Lead multidisciplinary service provision and model evolving best practices.
• Assist leadership with orientation and training of new and existing Clinical team members.
