Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and families in individual and group settings.
• Facilitate evidence-based treatments such as motivational interviewing, CBT, narrative therapy.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and data in patient records.
• Support clinical program staff with education and program development.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing activities for Addiction Recovery.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical teams and implement evolving practices.
• Participate in orientation and training for new and existing staff.
