Key Operational Issue

• Oracle Fusion ERP was implemented in August.
• System is live and functioning.
• Following a major inventory audit last weekend, the company uncovered several inventory-related issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Leadership would like someone who can quickly assess operations, inventory controls, ERP utilization, and execution gaps.
