Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business administration is preferred.
• Active TX and/or compact RN license is required.
• A minimum of three years in program leadership (burn, trauma, or critical care) is required.
• A minimum of five years of progressive clinical and operational experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, administrative, and operational oversight for the burn program.
• Develop, grow, and sustain the burn center.
• Serve as a liaison between hospital leadership and the Burn Medical Director.
• Drive patient safety and quality initiatives and reinforce accountability and standard work practices.
• Provide hands-on leadership as needed in a dynamic environment.
