Shiftmove is seeking an experienced Interim Senior BI Analyst to rebuild executive reporting, align metrics, and integrate acquired data into group dashboards. You will own daily ad hoc requests, partner with Finance, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will work with Tableau, Snowflake and dbt, balancing technical rigor with commercial acumen while coordinating with founders and the VP of Operations, Data & BI across Europe.

Formación

• Extensive experience in BI/analytics at a senior level.
• Expert-level Tableau dashboard development for executives.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Hands-on dbt for data models, tests and documentation.
• Understanding go-to-market metrics: pipeline, bookings, ARR, retention, churn.
• Able to translate executive requirements into actionable analysis.
• Experience integrating disparate data sources into reporting.
• Comfortable managing a Jira queue and daily turnaround requests.
• Fluent written and spoken English; European base.

Responsabilidades

• Rebuild executive reporting and audit dashboards and logic.
• Establish consistent metric definitions across dashboards and entities.
• Own daily ad hoc reporting via Jira data support queue.
• Integrate acquired data into Snowflake and dbt models.
• Deliver insights on go-to-market performance including pipeline, ARR, retention.
• Partner with FP&A to align BI with financial figures.
• Present findings to the executive team and challenge assumptions.
• Document dashboards, data models and reporting processes for handover.
