Snap Finance is seeking a Lead BI Analytics Engineer to transform data into actionable insights through advanced dashboards, robust data models, and scalable analytics platforms. You will push the boundaries of BI with AI-driven efficiency while maintaining rigorous data governance and collaboration across teams.

You will mentor a team of analysts and BI developers, align BI architecture with business goals, and continuously improve data quality and performance in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI engineering, analytics or related field.
• Deep SQL expertise for complex queries and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Expert Tableau and Excel skills for dashboards and reports.
• Experience in data modeling (star/snowflake), KPI standardization.
• Ability to define KPIs with business stakeholders and deliver insights.
• Leadership mindset with mentoring and collaboration.
• Curiosity for AI and automation in BI; apply responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of high-impact BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and KPIs.
• Architect and maintain scalable data models across domains.
• Write and optimize SQL for analysis, feeds, and pipelines.
• Oversee Tableau ecosystem and governance, performance optimization.
• Use Python to automate workflows and enrich datasets.
• Develop advanced Excel models integrated with BI tools.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Product teams.
• Mentor analysts and BI developers; set standards for data quality.
