Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Hospitality, hotel, or service industry experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment of accounts payable.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and expense reporting.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and accounts payable files.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
