Job summary

Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel in Nashville is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team during pre-opening. You will support general accounting, handling invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting to help position the property for a successful launch in Q2 2026.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel accounting or front office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year accounting administrative experience, hotel front office experience preferred.
• College degree or formal accounting education preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General accounting duties and functions in Finance with split responsibilities in Receiving.
• Process invoices for payment and assist with vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate Receiving records.
• Generate Daily Revenue and Labor reports as needed.
• Assist with GL entries and month-end close tasks.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with audit requests.
