Job summary

Tatum by Randstad seeks an Interim Senior Manager for Balance Sheet Management in Dallas, TX, to own the ALM/IRR function on a 6-month basis. The role reports to the CFO and aligns FTP and liquidity strategies with executive leadership.

The candidate will lead rate shock analyses, maintain Empyrean models, and ensure governance per SR 11-7 while partnering with the Treasury team on enterprise reporting and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Local to Dallas, TX and available for a 6‑month assignment.
• 5–10 years in ALM/Treasury or Balance Sheet Management at a bank (10B+ assets preferred).
• Hands‑on ALM and FTP experience with Empyrean (Finastra).
• Advanced Excel modeling; Python or R a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly EVE and NII rate shock analyses; present to ALCO and exec leadership.
• Maintain ALM model in Empyrean; govern deposits and loan prepayment assumptions.
• Lead model validations and SR 11-7 governance.
