Job summary

Denver Language School in Denver is seeking an interim Assistant 504 Coordinator to support students with 504 Service Agreements and manage 504 plans across two campuses. The role involves regular consultation with teachers, staff, families, and district partners to ensure compliance and effective accommodations.

The successful candidate will assist with evaluation processes, eligibility determinations, and annual or biannual reviews, while maintaining accurate data in the LMS and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Experience writing 504 Eligibility and Accommodation Plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure effective 504 plan implementation.
• Develop, write and implement 504 plans.
• Coordinate Section 504 referral process.
• Schedule, organize and conduct annual reviews, bi-annual, and tri-annual re-evaluations of each student with a Section 504 plan.
• Provide notices and consents to families.
