Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore's Intergenerational Center seeks an Activity Manager to develop and maintain a curriculum that promotes participants' psychological well-being, plan social, recreational and educational programs, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality delivery.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, education or related field and at least two years’ experience in activity management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a catalogue of program activities in CommunityPass, including third-party offerings and workshops.
• Supervise administrative assistants to improve registration, scheduling, and program promotion.
• Train and oversee activity assistants to ensure quality delivery of workshops and events.
• Evaluate and improve program offerings to meet community needs and quality outcomes.
• Orient, train, and support volunteers and groups delivering activities, strengthening community networks.
• Manage volunteer program operations, monitor reports, and ensure accountability in program administration.
• Maintain data on activity registrations and post-activity surveys for evaluation.
• Oversee shared-space scheduling, coordinate with vendors and operations for calendar management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
