Job summary

St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care in Milwaukee seeks an Activity Coordinator to plan, implement, and coordinate engaging activities for adult day services and intergenerational programs.

You will collaborate with staff, arrange outings, and support volunteers and students under the Director of Adult Day Services. The role requires BA or COTA/OTR training or equivalent experience with frail older adults, CPR certification, and strong computer and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• BA or COTA/OTR training in geriatric setting or equivalent experience with frail older adults.
• CPR training is required.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Ability to work with various ages and environments.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Must follow all center policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and coordinate intergenerational and adult day care activities.
• Provide outings and coordinate with staff for program activities.
• Attend professional conferences and staff meetings.
• Mentor and supervise students and volunteers.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Coordinator for outings and activities.
• Prepare activity calendars and arrange in-house presentations.
