Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore Intergenerational Center seeks an Activity Manager to develop, maintain, and evaluate a curriculum promoting participant well-being. Plan and facilitate social, recreational, and educational programs, while supervising staff for quality delivery in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role requires coordinating activities, volunteers, and data management, with a rotating schedule. Bachelor’s degree and two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, education or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and managing group activities and supervising staff (2+ years).
• CPR and/or First Aid certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a catalogue of program activities in the CommunityPass portal.
• Supervises administrative staff to improve client experience with activity registration and scheduling.
• Trains and oversees activity assistants for workshops and events.
• Evaluates program offerings to meet community needs and quality outcomes.
• Orients and supports volunteers and groups providing activity programs.
• Manages volunteer program operations and reports to ensure accountability.
