Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Required)
• Master’s degree in a related field (Preferred)
• Commitment to complete one (1) CPE within first year (Required)
• Documentation of faith community endorsement reflecting good standing (Required)

Responsibilities

• Recognize sacramental needs of Catholic population.
• Provide for religious and ritual needs of diverse faith groups.
• Minister to diverse population with non-proselytizing approach and provide emotional/spiritual support.
• Provide pastoral presence using active listening and calm communication.
• Offer spiritual support in end-of-life situations and crises (Code Blue, Death, Trauma).
• Maintain 24/7 call coverage including holidays and weekends.
