Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Critical Care Paramedic to provide high-quality pre-hospital and interfacility ALS, perform assessments, triage, and treatments under HCA guidelines throughout the transport continuum.

Candidates must hold a Paramedic certificate, NC licensure, National Registry, and 2+ years of critical care experience in demanding 911 or interfacility services; 21+ and a valid NC driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Paramedic certification and NC licensure.
• Minimum 2 years full-time critical care experience in 911 or interfacility transport.
• Maintains BCLS, ACLS, PALS and ITLS or PHTLS.
• FEMA 100, 200, 700, 800 completed.
• Must have valid Class C NC driver's license and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pre-hospital and interfacility ALS.
• Perform assessments, triage and treatment under HCA guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care and transport continuity across services.
