Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in delivering strategic initiatives and program objectives.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, reports, and updates.
• Represent leadership in meetings, providing summaries, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
