Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Project Manager II to lead commissioning, qualification, and validation projects for life sciences clients from concept through closure. You will coordinate plans, resources, schedules, and client communications to ensure execution aligns with scope, budget, and timelines.

The role offers collaboration with experienced leaders and subject matter experts across 45 U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of five years of commissioning, qualification, validation, and project management experience in life sciences applications.
Ability to travel for project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company-sponsored meetings, training, seminars, forums, and conventions.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and execution strategies for commissioning, qualification, and validation engagements.
Manage project resources, budgets, forecasts, schedules, engineering activities, and project documentation.
Lead project execution from concept development through design, implementation, installation, commissioning, start-up, and closure.
Coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in accordance with the approved project plan.
Drive project outcomes aligned with defined scope, schedule, budget, and client objectives.
Maintain and grow client relationships throughout project development and execution.
