Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ireland, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Interface Management Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What You’ll Deliver

• Support senior leadership in delivering strategic initiatives and program objectives.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Manage action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Represent leadership in meetings and provide summaries, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial projects, program management, operations, or executive support environments.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs or large capital projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level correspondence and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
