Job summary
US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is seeking an Interdisciplinary Engineer to perform engineering functions related to the Dissolved Oxygen Injection System for the Savannah Harbor Navigation Project. Qualifications
- US citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering accredited by ABET.
Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain the DO Injection System components for the Savannah Harbor project.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for installation and operation; oversee contractor testing and commissioning.
- Serve as Contracting Officer’s Representative for DO facilities contracts and administer related construction/services contracts.
- Review operational data and recommend improvements to the dissolved oxygen system performance.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure installations meet specifications and are commissioned properly.
