Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is seeking a Civil Engineer (GS‑0810‑12) for O&M of navigation projects. You will act as the district focal point and public interface for O&M matters, coordinating schedules, budgets, and design/construct quality control plans.

Responsibilities include developing project management plans, updating PROMIS/PPDS data, and ensuring cross‑functional input from planning, engineering, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 with schedules, budgets, acquisition plans and quality control plans.
• Experience coordinating with planning, engineering, construction, real estate and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Operations Project Manager for O&M of navigation projects.
• Develop and integrate project management plans including schedules, budgets, WBS, and design/construct quality plans.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; coordinate with district elements and outside agencies to execute projects.
