Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience developing outcome-based student engagement experiences and support interventions within an academic environment.
• Experience connecting students to support programs and resources while maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge of student development theory and open access policies in higher education.
• Ability to work with diverse student and staff populations and to collaborate across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored programmatic efforts to support student retention and success.
• Collaborate with college and community partners to enhance academic success for diverse student populations.
• Provide departmental support across seven Dallas College campuses as needed.
• Deliver co-curricular engagement to build intercultural and global competency and career readiness.

Bachelor's degree
