Qualifications

• Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and the vision of Dallas College.
• Knowledge of the principles, practices and trends of Higher Education Outreach and Recruitment.
• Experience supporting change initiatives including process improvement, project planning, conflict resolution, team building, customer service, and data-based decision-making concepts.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents, adult learners and community members.
• Experience with enrollment management systems and web-based recruitment efforts.
• Understanding of contemporary issues in higher education through professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide transformational support to students and their families in alignment to enrollment goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate and support development, execution, and improvement of student outreach and recruitment programs.
• Support outreach, recruitment and registration ready status efforts in collaboration with the College community.
• Assist in implementing a comprehensive communication plan for prospective students and pre-enrollment activities.
• Maintain effective communication among students, staff, faculty and external stakeholders.
• Build strategic community partnerships with local schools and organizations to enhance student outcomes.
