AbbVie Inc. is seeking an executive leader in Intercontinental Business Insights to accelerate data-driven decision making and KPI harmonization across the area and affiliates.

The role focuses on vision-setting, scalable analytics, and innovative automation to transform business operations. Responsibilities include leading KPI definition, cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Medical, HR and IT, and driving AI initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data management, analytics, and enterprise BI tools (Foundry).
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on decision-making and achieving results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of WWD capability into the Intercontinental AreaHQ with a forward-looking analytics vision.
• Own creation, deployment, and optimization of analytic solutions aligned with international operating framework.
• Coordinate end-to-end business insights across Intercontinental Area and affiliates from area strategy to local execution.
• Foster strong partnerships with Area Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and other teams to drive value.
• Engage with Global initiatives and ensure rollout and adoption of insights initiatives.
• Champion AI adoption within the Area team to boost efficiency and innovation.
