Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management within a large electrical utility environment.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Master's degree may substitute for 3 years of related experience and 2 years as Project Manager or 5 years as Project Coordinator.
• PMP or CAMP certifications may substitute when accompanied by required experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of distribution-level capital projects.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, quality, and documentation to identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to streamline workflows and address field issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, provide reliable reporting including progress updates and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices across all project stages.
