• Advanced degree preferred.

• Develop interim operating model to establish compliant, auditable manual processes.
• Gather and integrate enterprise requirements for aligned technical and operational solutions.
• Develop RFP materials and manage vendor engagement for long-term systems.
• Lead and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards across teams.
• Plan and oversee restoration and emergency preparedness activities.
