Job summary

Churchill Hughes in Texas seeks an experienced Interconnection Lead to drive generation, BESS or large-load interconnection projects through ERCOT processes from application to agreement.

You will coordinate with planners, utilities and commercial teams to assess cost, timing and risk, while leading utility and ERCOT conversations and ensuring projects stay on track in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in interconnection, transmission planning or grid development
• Comfortable leading utility and ERCOT conversations
• Texas based or willing to relocate
