Job summary

DESRI is looking for a US-based Interconnection Manager to oversee interconnection execution, integration, and compliance across its renewable energy projects. You will manage the interconnection obligations and ensure seamless tracking and communication with all project stakeholders in Houston, Texas.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–10+ years of relevant experience in grid integration and interconnection compliance. This role offers a competitive salary between $150,000 to $175,000 and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in interconnection, transmission planning, or grid integration.
• Direct experience tracking IA/LGIA obligations and construction-phase interconnection coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO processes and market rules.

Responsibilities

• Track executed interconnection agreements and amendments for financial close.
• Maintain a portfolio IA-obligation tracker and monitor project statuses.
• Serve as project manager for material modification requests.
